WHAT:
Ohio’s Hospice of Fayette County’s Hike for Hospice has been a community favorite for the past 32 years. Rain, shine or snow, our participants join together to remember and honor loved ones. This year, we will be hosting our second virtual event! During the COVID-19 pandemic, it is important that we continue to make our events as safe as possible for our community and our participants.

WHEN:
April 1-25, 2021

TIME:
Shirts that have been ordered may be picked up, and Memory Walk signs may be viewed on Sunday, April 25, 2021, from noon-4 pm at Grace Community Church.

Please note: T-shirts WILL NOT be available for pick up at the Ohio’s Hospice of Fayette County office.

WHY:
This is a crucial time for our patients and their loved ones. General operating support makes a huge difference. Donate here to help us continue our superior care and superior services to the members of your community. In an effort to avoid spreading germs during the COVID-19 pandemic, please donate online, call 740.335.0149, or mail a check to 222 N. Oakland Ave., Washington Court House, OH 43160.

PRICE:
$14 for adults and youth. Walkers can keep track of their miles from April 1-25, for recognition of participation. Walkers can email their final mileage to STruax@OhiosHospice.org by May 2 to qualify for an award. An award will be given to the individual who logged the most steps.  

For $6, you can memorialize your loved one with a Memory Walk Sign. Fill out the form provided at the link below with your loved one’s information, and their name will be displayed on a sign in front of Grace Community Church on Sunday, April 25, 2021, noon-4 pm. We look forward to seeing everyone. T-shirts will not be available in the office for pickup but will be available for pickup at this time and location only.
